**Objects:** THE OBJECTIVE OF THE CHARITY IS TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS WHO: (1) ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 AND(2) ARE OR HAVE BEEN RESIDENT IN THE CATCHMENT AREA OF THE FORMER CATBROOK SCHOOL.

**Activities:** The Trust was set up, with the aim of supporting the education (including social and physical training) of young people under the age of 25, who are or have been resident in the catchment area of the former Catbrook School, using the proceeds from the sale of the school. The trustees manage the funds through regular meetings and consultation, under a Charter, investing funds and awarding grants.
