**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF SCHOOL AGED STUDENTS FROM 2-19 YEARS OF AGE PRINCIPALLY RESIDING IN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS OF THE CITY OF LEICESTER ALONG WITH THE COUNTIES OF LEICESTERSHIRE AND RUTLAND AND ATTENDING THE CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL SCHOOL LEICESTER, ACROSS ALL BASES OF LEICESTER ROYAL INFIRMARY, THE BEACON CAMHS UNIT AND WILLOW BANK SCHOOL, BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.
