# **The Annual Report for Urmston Musical Theatre CIO 2022** 

This document comprises: 

- Chairman’s and Honorary Treasurer’s Joint Report 

The new CIO (1199397) was admitted to the register on the 26[th] June 2022. 

It was quiescent for the remainder of 2022 whilst bank accounts and other arrangements were put in place. 

From the 1[st] January 2023 the new CIO (1199397) will take responsibility for Urmston Musical Theatre’s affairs and the original charity (1119510) will act as its agent whilst bank transactions and other arrangements are carefully transferred from the old to the new CIO. 

Both entities have the same trustees for 2022.
