operation of Barton Baptist Church. Torquay which up to that date was not registered as a
charty in its own right
Because of vaTiOUS delays, the trustees decided that the transferof assets and operatlon of the
new Charity will not tske place until 15tJanuary 2024 so there have financlal transactions
from registration to the date of thi5 reporL
