I am writing to inform you that the above registered charity is the newly formed charity for Life Stream Church, whose former charity, 1052532 still exists. The finances of the church for the period January to December 2022 were submitted in the annual return to charity number 1052532 Life Stream Church.
Although the new charity, Life Stream Church CIO 1199373 was registered in June 2022, no income or expenses have been recorded during the period January to December 2022 because we were awaiting the transfer of assets.
