The Amir Jan Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed by a board of three trustees. Significant milestones were achieved, during this first year of operation, including establishing key processes and implementing impactful initiatives aligned with its objectives. Some of the key activities and outcomes of the Foundation's work are outlined below:

  2. A grant was provided to support a young girl in the Kotli district of Azad Kashmir in pursuing higher education, enabling her to secure future opportunities.

  4. Funding was allocated for the purchase of equipment to help a young boy in the Kotli district start a gardening and wheat harvesting business, creating a sustainable livelihood.

  5. Disaster Relief :

  6. Financial support was extended to rebuild a family home in Morocco after it was damaged by an earthquake, offering stability and security to those affected.

  7. Healthcare Assistance :

  8. Funding covered hospital treatment for the sole earner of a family in the Kotli district, enabling a liver transplant operation that preserved their wellbeing and future livelihood.

In addition to these achievements, the Foundation laid the groundwork for future growth by creating administrative systems and processes, launching a website to enhance its online presence, and producing marketing materials to raise awareness of its mission.

In total, £5,708 was disbursed during the year to deliver these initiatives, which directly benefited numerous individuals and families in need.

Financial Review
