The charity was constituted on the 22 May 2022 as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation to take over from the Society of Friends of the Priory Church ,  which was being wound up with the same aims and objectives. An application was made to open a bank account during the year but was not opened until June 2023. Therefore, there was no activity on the account during this period.
