- AL NASR WELAFRE FOUNDATION ANNUAL TRUSTEE REPORT
As a recently registered charity we didn’t have any fundraising events for the period ending December 2022. We organised GoFundMe page to raise money for the earthquake effected people in KHOST and Paktika that took place in June 2022.
Our target was to raise £20,000 for the affected people and then the chairperson of our charity would travel and hand deliver the aid bought with the money to Afghanistan.
We are still raising money for that purpose. We are currently on about £7500; the report only includes £1500 because the other £6500 was raised after December 2022.
Our goal is once we reach our target, we will buy essential lifesaving products for the affected people of Khost and Paktika.
Moreover, we have also met and discussed our plans and goal for future and how we would achieve them.
Inconclusion, we believe we would be a great success in helping the most needy in England and overseas in future.
