Introduction and overview
The trust is govemed by a settlement dated 11 May 2022. The above Trustees are as
stated in the original trust deed.
Objectives
The objective of the Trust is to benefft other chanties andlor support causes which from time
to time the Trustees feel warrant financbal assistance and in so doing, the Trustee5 have had
regard to the guidan￿ issued by the Charity Commission on public benefft.
Summary of main activity
In the Trust's early years, it is the intention of the Trustees to buikl up the invested caprtal to
an amount that will enable the Trust to make reasonable donations to other charitable
bodies. As the invested capital of the settlement grows. the Trust will tr* able to increase its
grant-making activities. Grants are to be decided upon at the Trustees. meetings held each
year.
Summary of maln achlevements of the charity during the year to 31* De￿mber 2023
The trust received an inibal settlement of £75,500 on 16th June 2023 from the settlor.
£30,000 of this capital was invested with M&G Investments on 19 June 2023. During the
remainder of the year the trust acwed investment income amounting to £1.W.

One of the first activities of the Trust was to offer support to Ukraine. The trust raised a total
of £35.758 which was used to purchase three ambulances whith delivered to the
Christian Medtcal Association in Lviv (s* further detailed report).
Policy on Reserves
Cash reserves are held in an accourrt with the Charities Aid Foundation {CAF} to resporKI
promptiy to urgent requests for assistance.
