The liturgical services are mostly
held at Eyre Chapel for which a fee is
charged by the hour for its use by the
Eyre Chapel Trust. One of the St
Cuthbert Trustees are appointed to
the Eyre Chapel Trust Charity
(518434) to assist in the
management and good liaison
between the two charities. Services
have also been held in Sheffield
where the use of Tapton Hill
Congregational Church is by
arrangement with payment of a fee
for their use. Due to a low attendance
at this Church services are no longer
held there. This is thought to be in
part due to a Greek Orthodox Church
holding services at the same building
twice a month which we welcome.

Liturgies are held regularly, every
Sunday and more often when
required and possible in accordance
with the liturgical calendar,
particularly during lent. Guidance is
also provided to those wishing to
enter the Church during special
meetings as required. Baptism’s,
weddings and memorial services
have also been provided by the
Church.

Provision of the Church building is
considered above. The Charity is in
possession of all necessary items for
canonical worship, and they are
replaced, when necessary, out of the
funds or through gifts by members of
the Church. The suitability of required
items is considered regularly and any
large expenditure is agreed by the
trustees.

Donations are through either:
a) direct bank transfer and
b) cash given at each service which
is counted, and the amount
recorded two signatories who are
trustees. The value of the
donations received at each| |||service is then paid into the
Church account by one of the
signatories.
All cash is kept in the current
accounts. The Charity has two

relationship with Eyre Chapel, Sheffield
Cathedral and Tapton Hill Congregational
Church, Sheffield. Its donations are
comfortably in excess of its expenses and
the trustees will consider how best to use the
money for the furtherance of its objectives
and in particular to increase the information
provided to members of its community
through social media. A grant was made to
the Eyre Chapel Trust for renewal of the
carpet which assists in the Church’s liturgical
services. The Eyre Chapel trust makes a
regular donation to the Church in
