1. The liturgical services are moslly
held at Eyre Chapel for which a fee is
charged by the hour for its use by the
Eyre Chapel Trust. Three of the St
Cuthbert Trustees are appointed to
the Eyre Chapel Trust Charity
15184341 to assist in the
management and good liaison
between the I￿0 charities. Services
have also been held in Sheffield
where the use of a Church or the
Cathedral is by arrangement with
payment of a fee for their use.
2. Liturgies are held regularfy, every
Sunday and more often when
required and possible in accordance
with the liturgical calendar,
particularly during lent. Guidance is
also provided to those wishing to
enter the Church during special
meetings as required. Baptism's,
weddings and memorial services
have also been provided by the
Church.
3. Provision of the Church building is
considered above. The Charity is in
ssession of all necessary items for
canonical worship, and they are
replaced, when necessary, out af the
funds or through grfts by members of
the Church. The suilability of required
items is considered regularly and any
large expenditure is agreed by the
trustees.
4. Donations are through either:
al direct bank transfer and
bl cash given at each service which
is counted, and the amount
recorded two signatories who are
trustees. The value of Ihe
donations received al each
service is then paid into the
Church account by one of the
signatories.
All cash is kept in the current
accounts. The Charity has two
accounts and is transitionin

The Church has consiSten￿Y provided
seNices which are in English which unites
many people of the faith from different ethnic
backgrounds. There has been a signrficant
number of new attendees who are refugees
from Ukraine. The Church believes il
contributes to the spiritual wellbeing of its
congregation.

Review of the charity's

The Church has low overheads due to its
relationship with Eyre Chapel, Sheff ield
Cathedral and Tapton Hill Congregational
Church, Sheff ield. Its donations are
comfortably in excess of its expenses and
the trustees will consider how best to use the
money for the furtherance of its objectives
and in particular to increase the information
provided to members of its community
