the alm of benefiting both its members and the wider community. The trustees, elders, and
member5 remain committed to advancing the Christian faith by demongtratlng It in action throu8h
service, compassion, and community engagemenl. It is not alone in this.. it 15 one of many Churche5
in this country and all over the world that Is re-discovering ihe excitement of knowing jesus Christ.

inclusion, and community cohesion. These actlvitles provlded clear public benefit by supporting
indlviduals, spiritLtal, emotional, and social well-being, particularly those who may be bsolated or
facing personal challenge5.

recelve pastoral care. As a result, partlcSpants experiented Increased spiritual confidence,
strengthened personal resilience, and a greater sense of belonBlng wlthln the communltv.

Open and accessible outreach activities were organlsed throughout the year to welcome newcomers
and engage wlth indlvldua15 facing soclal or economic challenges. Through evangelism programmes,
open worship services, and communlty-focused event5, the church supported inclusion by ensuring
that all Indlvldua15 particularly those who are vulnerable or marglnalised felt welcomed, valued,
and supported.

public prayer meetings. seasonal celebratioris, youth activlties, and soclal gatherings. The church
premises were also made available for sports and recreation•l use by the public, promoting healthy
Ilfestyles, soclal Interattlon, and stronger communlty connections.

In p1anninE and deliverln8 these activitle5, the trustees have had due regard to the Charity
Commission's publlc benefit guidance. All activitie5 were undertaken in furtherance of the charity's
objects and were open to the public, provldlng clear and demonstrable benefits to individuals and
the wider community.

This reporting period constitutes the second annual review of the charlty, conducted in the context
of ongoing global challenge5, includlng the COVID-19 pan(lemic. the Ga2a conflict, and the
continuin8 hostilities in Ukralne. These crlses have materially affected the livelihoods of members of
our local communlty, resulting in a heightened demand for the charity'5 5etvices. A5 a small
charitable organization, we have been slBniflcantly impacted, partScularly in light of the risin8 Cost of
Ilvin& whlth has further complicated the execution of our charitable oblective5.
Notwlthstanding sub51antial flnancial constralnts and limited support from local government
source5. the charlty successfully ralsed £8,252 during the financial year and incurred expenditures
totalling £9,055, resulting in a deficlt of £803. This deflclt, however, does not fully alleviate the
ongobng financlal pressure5, wlth the charity's total cash funds remaining In a deflcit position of
£3,968. In view Of these challenges, any advice, Introductlons, or Buldance in securln8 grant funding
would be most welcome. as additional resources would facilitate an expansion of the charlty's
support to a broader segment of the communlty In need.

The trustees have determined that the charlty fund is Ilmlted 50 used only for essentlal operatlons of
the charity. The charlty15 complying wlth Its reserves pollcy.

The trustees have revlewed the rlsk5 exposed to a srnall charity operatlng with no employees.
Appropriate procedures are In place to regularly Identify. monltor and review these risks.
Cost of Uvln
Crisis
De5plte our commendable efforts to assist IndivSdua15 facing dlsadvantages and vulnerability in our
communlty, the profound Impact of ihe cost-of-living crisis cannot be overlooked. We have diligently
provided support, including weekly prayer5 accompanied by hot and cold meals and beverages.
While the charity conternplates establishing a care facllity for the needy soon, 5ecurln8 funds has
become an arduous challenge. Donors and local or8anizationslcounci15 are proving hesitant to
contribute, and the escalating cost of living is slgnlficantly impeding the daily operatlons of the
charlty.
