## **STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT** 

Leeds Ebenezer Church is constituted as Charitable Incorporated Organization under the Charity number 1199290. The date of registration was 14[th] June 2022. Oversight and governance are entrusted to a dedicated four-member Trustee Board, convening regularly to assess and oversee the church’s activities. Additionally, a ten-member Church Executive Board has been appointed to diligently evaluate and nurture the spiritual development of the congregation. 

Affiliations: 

Leeds Ebenezer Church proudly maintains affiliations that contribute to its mission. Firstly, the church is aligned with the Indian Pentecostal Church of God, UK & Ireland Region, a registered church under the Charity Commission in the UK. This association ensures a cohesive engagement with a broader spiritual community. Additionally, the church collaborates with Newbourne Methodist Church, fostering a meaningful partnership focused on communal work, reflecting the church’s commitment to collective welfare and shared values within the wider community.

||I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above<br>charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended**31 / 01 / 2023**.<br>As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the<br>accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011<br>(“the Act”).<br>I report in respect of my examination of  the Trust’s accounts carried out<br>under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I<br>have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission<br>under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.|||
