The Charity was established on 10[th] June 2022 and is registered with the Charity Commission No. 1199282. 

## Objectives 

Cultivating Change was set up to assist in the treatment and care of persons suffering from poor mental health by the promoting the health benefits of gardening and being in nature, and through the provision of seeds to allow the participation in therapeutic horticulture. The full details are included in the governing document and a copy is available on request.

The attached financial statements and notes show the current state of the Charity's finances for the year ended 30[th] June 2024

- 1 Start Up Donation from CN Seeds Ltd in previous year 

- 2 £2,000 was kindly donated by The Bransford Trust in previous Year 

- 3 Event income mostly arises from Disco Bingo Event held in February 

- 4 This relates to income from sources like Easy Fundraiser a cash back site 5 Last year money was spent on branded clothing and banners 

- 6 This year money spent QR code generators, security back up and grant finding tools
