The Charity was established on 10[th] June 2022 and is registered with the Charity Commission No. 1199282. 

## Objectives 

Cultivating Change was set up to assist in the treatment and care of persons suffering from poor mental health by the promoting the health benefits of gardening and being in nature, and through the provision of seeds to allow the participation in therapeutic horticulture. The full details are included in the governing document and a copy is available on request.

The attached financial statements and notes show the current state of the Charity's finances for the year ended 30[th] June 2023
