**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**

During the year June 2022 to March 2023, our main activity was associated with the publication of _JL Petit - Britain’s Lost PreImpressionist._ This achieved widespread publicity in ten national publications, prominent being The Guardian, Country Life, The Church Times, etc.

Significant was the endorsement by art expert Andrew Graham Dixon saying Petit is the greatest discovery in British Art for a generation.

Launch activity was followed by various talks especially in the Midlands, for example at the Wolverhampton, and Lichfield, literary festivals.

Other activities including publishing the booklet _Clarke, Petit and St Mark’s - a 19[th] Century Journey on the Isle of Man_ . This enabled recognition of Petit’s contribution to architecture on the Isle of Man, which reinforces the case for his contribution in the UK.
