**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF NEED OF BEREAVED FAMILIES FOLLOWING THE LOSS OF A CHILD (UNDER 18) AND THE FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS OF SERIOUSLY ILL CHILDREN (UNDER 18) BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO RELIEVE THE NEED OF BEREAVED FAMILIES OR THOSE WITH SERIOUSLY ILL CHILDREN.

**Activities:** We provide families across the UK with Help in Hospital Grants to offer financial assistance to families with a seriously ill child in hospital for 10 days or more. Memory Making Grants give families with a seriously ill child the opportunity to have a special day out together and Getaways provide free holiday accommodation in Snowdonia for bereaved families and those with seriously ill children.
