Trustees Annual report for
Kingswinford Christian Fellowship (CIO)
Currently we are still waiting for all the legalities to go through in regards the transfer of assets from the old charity (CHARITY REG NO: 1052747) to the new charity, as such no funds or donations or any other financial work has been done under this charity so neither have any accounts been made for the charity. The main area is the transfer of the property via the land registry and as this process can take between 12-18 months we are currently on hold.
We are still looking for new trustees to step in and join the current team of 3
We are in the process of securing new bank accounts in preparation for when the transfer is complete and we are up and running properly with this charity
At this point we will be starting grant and fund raising projects to work on repairs and modernisation of the building which is 40yrs old in 2026
