Trustees Annual report for
Kingswinford Christian Fellowship (CIO)
Currently we are still waiting for all the legalities to go through in regards the transfer of assets from the old charity (CHARITY REG NO: 1052747) to the new charity, as such no funds or donations or any other financial work has been done under this charity so neither have any accounts been made for the charity.
Due to the transfer process taking so much longer than originally estimated we have had two of the original trustees step down from their positions, leaving us with 3 trustees, we are now in the process of recruiting new people to the team.
We hope that by the time we have to submit our accounts to the charity commission, the old charity will finally be dissolved, and we are up and running properly with this charity
