## Trustees’ Annual Report for Relief Appeal Charity

Objectives and Activities 

Relief of financial hardship among people in the third world countries, by providing such persons with goods/services which they could not otherwise afford through lack of means. 

## Achievements and Performance 

As no activities were carried out in the reporting period, there are no achievements or performance outcomes to report for the year ended 31 December 2025. The trustees have maintained the charity’s registration and governance structures to enable prompt response and resumption of activities when resources and circumstances allow 

## Financial Review 

At the end of the reporting period, Relief Appeal held “no funds”. There were no incoming resources or expenditure during the year. The charity holds no reserves, and there are no funds in deficit. The trustees have reviewed the financial position and are satisfied that the charity remains a going concern, with no uncertainties identified regarding its ability to continue in operation. Reserves Policy: 

Given the lack of activity and funds during the year, the trustees have not set a reserves policy. This will be reviewed should the charity resume active operations. 

## Funds Held as Custodian Trustee 

The charity did not act as a custodian trustee for any third-party funds during the year. 

## Public Benefit Statement 

The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty under section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit when exercising any powers or duties to which the guidance is relevant.
