The TARN Foundation has become a member of the NCVO and we are using their templates to guide our development. Policies and procedures adopted for the induction and training of trustees	Para 1.51	The constitution of the charity says that “The charity trustees will make available to each new charity trustee, on or before his or her first appointment: (a) a copy of the current version of this constitution; and (b) a copy of the CIO’s latest Trustees’ Annual Report and statement of accounts. (c) training on the role of a charity trustee.” The Trustees have used training materials available through the NCVO website on the role and responsibilities of a Trustee.
