## **’ - Annual Trustee s Report 2023 2024** 

In our second year of being a charity we continuted to do as much fundraising as possible. 

As the field is an outside we are very dependent on the weather to carry out our fundraising activities. 

In August of 2023 we carried out our 1[st] Parcllyn Beer Barrel Race. Teams competed carrying a beer barrel around a course set in the field. The quickest team won. We had various other activities for the community e.g. bouncy castles and live music at night. We raisied approx £745.00. We aim to do another one next year. 


The field is constantly being used by Aberporth Football Club on a weekly basis for their league games. Various children’s groups also us our open space for recreational sport games e.g. football, cricket, etc. 

Junior football also used to field facilities, U6’s and U8’s Aberporth Mini Minors.

In our second year, continuous development and tidying up of the sport & leisure field was carried out. The community came out to litter pick, tidy area’s up etc. 



Next year our aim is to try and secure new funding for various developments and hold more events for our community.
