On 3￿ of September 2023 trustees integrated Polish Saturday School
into struGture of Polish Organisation for Leaming Assistance and Culture.
Polish Saturday School dasses take place on Saturdays be￿een
9.00am and 1.OOin dassrooms rented from Holy Family RC Primary
School.
The school provides education of Polish Language. elements of history,
geography, maths, Cultu￿ and traditions to children wilh Polish heritag8
and children who would like to leam Polish and about Poland. The school
organises educational trips, after school dance lessons and other
activities that complement pupils, education and development in
mainstream schools.
The organisation also organises many events and festivals for childr8n
and their families wrthin the school and for general public., events are free
to atterKI.

Achievements and performance
The biggest achievement was incorporating Polish Saturday School in
structures of pofAC. The school had pupils 116 from 3 to 13 years old in
September 2022.
In March 2023 dance group POLAC took part in the event 'Focus on
You. showGasing ¢reativty of young people from within Bassetlaw
district.
