In the second year of operation the Charity has gone from strength to strength. We have been able to hold regular church services in St. John of Rila Chapel in the Bulgarian Embassy in Central London until November 2023. The congregation has been growing steadily and consistently.

The Charity has obtained permission from the Bulgarian government, the Bulgarian Patriarchate as well as from the British authorities to renovate and extend the Chapel of St. John of Rila for the benefit of the growing congratulation. A fundraising campaign was started and initial legal and building work began for the conversion of the chapel into a church. In the reporting year, a total of £182433 was raised towards the project.
