- Initial trustees were made up of local resident volunteers 

- - As there has been no major activity no changes have been made to trustees

- If someone was to step down we would look for further volunteers and they would be approved by the Chair

- The main aim for 2025 was to complete the initial works needed 

- **Summary of the main** to ensure the building is a useable and safe space. We also 

- **achievements of the charity** reviewed out utilities spend and looked to make cost savings here

- - Funding for this was mainly via additional pledges, charitable donations and some small fundraising events such as the children’s Christmas party 

- - Re-pointing was completed to one interior wall, damp proofing installed to the rear side of the building and some initial roof work has begun.

The CIO needs to ensure adequate financial stability and the means for the CIO to meet its charitable objectives. The CIO will manage its resources and finances appropriately to ensure any unforeseen financial difficulties are covered. The CIO will provide accountability and give confidence to funders, donors and beneficiaries of the CIO.

   - The main expenditure for 2025 was the final billing in connection to the close of our SSE electric supply following a switch to EDF, some small expenses for fundraising events and then regular payments for insurance 

- how expenditure has supported the key objectives of the charity;
