**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY ORGANISING WALKS WITH TRAINED MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AIDERS IN ORDER TO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER TO EDUCATE THEM ABOUT THE SPECTRUM OF MENTAL HEALTH LOOKING AT BOTH OPTIMUM AND POOR MENTAL HEALTH, AND TO NORMALISE DISCUSSIONS IN A RELAXED RECREATIONAL ENVIRONMENT.

**Activities:** Walk N Talk 4 Mental Health offer regular weekly walks in Andover, Romsey and Basingstoke. We also have events from time to time and offer talks on lived mental health challenges and overcoming adversity.
