Review of the charity’s

Para 1.21 For the period of February 2023 to July
2024, Team UPside maintained a strong
financial position. Starting with an initial
balance of £139, the charity generated an
income of £6,215.59 and incurred

Eligibility for Trusteeship

office under the provisions of
clause 121(1)(e).
3.
No one is entitled to act as a charity
trustee whether on appointment or on
any re-appointment until he or she
has expressly acknowledged, in
whatever way the charity trustees
decide, his or her acceptance of the
office of charity trustee.
4.
At least one of the trustees of the
CIO must be 18 years of age or over.
If there is no trustee aged at least 18
years, the remaining trustees may
only act to call a meeting of the
charity trustees, or appoint a new
charity trustee.
