**Objects:** TO REDUCE SOCIAL ISOLATION, IMPROVE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELLBEING BY THE PROVISION OF A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES IN A SUPPORTED ENVIRONMENT FOR ADULTS WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY AND/OR AUTISTIC SPECTRUM DISORDER IN A DEFINED GEOGRAPHIC AREA.

**Activities:** To reduce social isolation, improve physical and mental wellbeing by the provision of a variety of activities in a supported environment for adults with a learning disability and/or autistic spectrum disorder.Area of operation:Districts of North Herts, Stevenage, Welwyn/Hatfield and Arlesey, Stotfold, Shefford and Langford.
