During the year the Charity liaised with Solicitors to set up the CIO and
when this was complete on 23/05/22 the Managing Investors
transferred half of the Investments from the John and Celia Bonham
Christie Charitable Trust to the CIO.
The Bank account was not opened until the end of March 2023 so no
financial transactions took place.
The charity will not receive an income of more than £16,000.
Because of these circumstances the Annual Return shows £0
