Twstees are responsible for preparing accounts. I conduct an independent examination
under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011.

My examination follows Charity Commission Directions. It includes reviewing
accounting records and compartng them with the accounts.

Nothing has come to my attention that gives me cause to believe the requirements of the
Charities Act 2011 have not been met.
