the club meaning that all chairs now have bolh a lap strap and a fool srrap. members
have now5igned a phoio consent forTh meanittg rhai we can now have more an online
presence through social media whlch should help with recruttmentof new players.
Funding ond Use o[Current Funds
RG and ES have applied for a numberof funding applirdiions. The club has been
successful irt 2 of those applica¢ions. One of the appl)caLiOnS will cover up to £2600 for
court fees (which will cover the club Irom beyond October 20231 and the other 15
£IOOO donaiion 10 the club with the view for IL th be used to pay tOW3rds coaching fees
should the Trustees a8reE.
Mellish Sports Centre are once again being dI￿1c￿lI with price ri5e5 and now want to
take away our tltxibility of bpinE able to move sessions should no coach be available for
a se551on. A mteiing is curiently scheduled for 1710412023 that will deiermine whether
we will continue to slay ar Melli5h beyond Ihe currenr block booking or if Il will be
worth moving w anothervenue. All Trustees to look 31 POten¢ial venue5 to see what
options the club have.
