It was in 2021 that the Welsh GoverDmettt Provided £1.2m for a devclLyment phas4 it &s a pivotal project

In 2022-23 the Foundation awarded £429,171 under th¢ UK GovwDrneni's Sh8rn1 Prosperity Fund for a
variety of purposes including th¢ appoiDtm¢nt of tbe Community Ell￿geMent Manager aDd fillther itivestiBation
of both land%cape attd art ptoposals at Cyfartbf& £210.074 of this w h&% been drawn down thus far.
During the year the Foundation vras 8wardcA an ad￿"tio￿al UK (knvernTne￿ Shared Prosperity Fund grant of
£212,579 towards the nmniDg costs of tb¢ Foundation ID 2024.25.
At the end of the acwmiing period covered by this report the F(￿nd￿l¢M l￿d Reskn"cted Fwids carried forward
of £151,438. This does not include thc balatKe of the WeLsb Govanow￿ W of £579.933 beld on the
Foundation's behalf by merth￿ Council.
