Objects: 3.1 The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit:3.1.1 To Advance The Education Of Offenders Or Ex-Offenders Who Are Or Have Been In Custody In Particular By (But Not Limited To) Providing Support Or Organising Training And Mentoring;3.1.2 To Provide Care And Rehabilitation For Offenders Or Ex-Offenders, And Those At Risk Of Offending, Through The Provision Of Financial Support And To Assist Them In Finding Employment Or Starting A Business; And3.1.3 To Advance The Education Of The In All Matters Relating To Offenders And Ex-Offenders.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable.
