**Activities:** To promote the rehabilitation of people being released from custody with complex mental health needs by preparing individuals for sustainable employment, help the reintegrate into the community and assist with public protection.To support the education of the public in the subject of care and rehabilitation of people with complex mental health needs being released from custody.
