THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN THE DAGENHAM COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED.

**Activities:** Dagenham Christians Together brings churches together to pray for and help each other and to provide support in Dagenham. It provides relief to poverty, the vulnerable and isolated and mental wellbeing to those living in Dagenham. It works closely with the Barking & Dagenham Council and local businesses
