Trustees Report 2023
The PWRR and Queen’s Regiment Museum CIO (1198899) was established mid-year of 2022. The Trustees decided to keep running our previous charity The Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment and Queen’s Regiment Museum Maintenance Fund (277008), filing the report against this account, as we had already started our accounting year for 2022. This was completed and uploaded to the Charity Commission.
We are having a meeting in December 2023 to formularise the closure of the charity, The Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment and Queen’s Regiment Museum Maintenance Fund, (277008) in line with the Charity Commission rules.
All assets and funds have now been transferred to the new CIO charity (1198899) with effect from 1 January 2023 and a full and detailed report will be published for the 2023 accounts in 2024.
