The Foundation. utablished in May 2022, is dojicated to supporting mlynbus of the community who
fa¢¢ significanl ¢hallengc5 such as sever¢ mcnthl health conditioNs. rwovery from a stroke, or managing
d¢g¢ntraiivc Condilions like MS and ParkI[￿on'S diseasc. Our work is carried out in collgiKJrdtion with
Fortis Thernpy, which provides mental h￿Ilh support. atKI Lincs Inspi￿ wlu.ch offers assistancc to
individuals living wilh the aftern￿th of a ￿rOke or dcgcwKrntive conditions.
Entering its third year. the Foundation has supported 40 clients through Fortis Therapy and 150 clients
through Lincs Inspir¢. Our commilmcni r¢mains steadfast in providing ongoing suppon for boih
organisaiion& coniing¢nl utK>n the availability of fimdmg.
The Foundation's fimdr8ising ¢ffons are spearheadd by its founder, Jayne Anne 0'FlYn￿ who
organises two key annual evenis. The Internaiionai Women's Day Lunth at Healing Manor fijnds
support for one indiyidual at Fortis Thuapy and lour ai Lincs Inspire. The Annual Golf Day at La¢eby
Manor serves as the FourKlation's primary fiuthising event. tyPiC8lly g¢nerating ov¢r £7,(KK). This
substanlial conlribulioD enables sUp￿rt for nir￿ cltents at Fortis Therdpy each year.
In 2024. the Foundaiion was awarded a £20,(KJ) tA>iiery Grani. allocated over two years. to fuTth¢r our
mission. Additionally, the Trusttts engag¢ with local busines5cs the community to se¢ur¢ year-
round supp)rt. Iniiiaiives include ¢olTee mornings and othcr l(Kal fuEKlraising o"¢nts.
Looking ahead. the Tn￿1¢¢5 are exciied to I￿￿￿uCe a initiative aimed ai providing a bursary or
s¢holarship for a promising young individual from a disadva￿a8￿ background. This program is
designed io ¢nhan¢c future emPlo￿¢nI Fyospects and is planned for implementation during the
202512026 financial year. pending sufficient funds.
The Foundation has extremely low ov¢rh¢ads and all Trustees including the Founder ar¢ VolU￿Ce1
which means that all incomc goes io the ¢ore values of lh¢ foundaiio¢L
