Objectives and Activities
Aims and Objectives
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The object of the Afro Diaspora Mission Network (Admin) is. To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the Tenets of faith in England for the benefit of the public through the holding of lectures I workshops, producing and distributing literature on Christian faith to enlighten others about the Christian faith.
Provide Christian education to any person, including children
Vision: To see dynamic and vibrant missional communities of diaspora Christians emerge and to help all followers of Christ form and belong in intercultural worship communities.
Mission : ADMIN exists to help envision and equip Christians for effective intercultural mission.

Building social capital and community cohesion and transformation through intercultural mission and awareness ADMIN focuses on the following activities:

To help produce or signpost Christians to resources that help them plant, disciple, transform, and belong in intercultural churches

To help churches intending to become intercultural on the journey to becoming one.

To help leaders serving in intercultural churches acquire the skills required to lead in such contexts.

To signpost Afro Christians to truly intercultural churches in the Diaspora.
Trustees Annual Report
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
The mainareas of charitable activities of the charity during the year under review has been the advancement of the Christian religion through the hosting of workshops, seminars and conferences.
Kairos
We run the online Kairos seminar to equip participants gain awareness and intercultural competence for church growth and community cohesion.
Aspire
In August 2024, we help the ASPIRE youth and Young Adults mission gathering with theme “Flourish^ based on Genesis 26:23 – The Lord has given us room and we will flourish in the land
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
ADNiN is Charitable Incorporated Organization governed by a constitution The trustees of the charity are appointed by the members at the AGM. Statement of trustees' responsibilities in relation to the financial statements
The charity trustees are responsible for preparing a trustees' annual report and financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice). The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with reasonable
accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011, the applicable Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations, and the provisions of the Trust deed. The Trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of AFRO DIASPORA MISSION NETWORK (ADMIN) (the Trust) for the year ended 31 December 2024.
Responsibilities and Basis of Report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent Examiner's Statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act; or
-
the accounts do not accord with those records; or
-
the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and contents of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair view' which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

1. General Information
AFRO DIASPORA MISSION NETWORK (ADMIN) is a charitable incorporated organisation registered with the Charity Commission, registered charity number 1198850. The principal address is 87 ROSEVILLE ROAD, LEEDS, LS8 5DT.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS 102) "Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019)", Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Charities Act 2011.
The charity is a Public Benefit Entity as defined by FRS 102.
2.2. Cash and Cash Equivalents
Cash and cash equivalents are basic financial assets and include cash in hand and deposits held at call with banks, other short-term highly liquid investments that mature in no more than three months from the date of acquisition and are readily convertible to a known amount of cash with insignificant risk of change in value, and bank overdrafts.
