**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORICAL ARCHITECTURAL, ARCHAEOLOGICAL AND NATURAL HERITAGE OF LANDGUARD POINT AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY(A) WORKING WITH STAKEHOLDERS, LOCAL VOLUNTARY GROUPS AND OTHERS PARTNERS, AND(B) PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, SUPPORT AND GRANTS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
