The CIO was established in May 2022, our flrst
house opened to tenants in Feb 2023 and our
second house later in the same year. We now
have tapacity for 5 tenants in all.

£10,000,. so are satisfied with this position.
Each House will incur costs of appx £600 of
expense each month, and income from
Tenants is not guaranteed, so we want to have
reseNesto operate minimum 3-6 months
without income.
