Para 1.17 and 1.19 CIO will provide transitional housing to the homeless in the Foxhill area of Bath, for up to 2 years, along with coaching and support designed to enable the tenants to become seff- sufficient. Eligible Tenants will be referred by Bath and North East Somerset IBANESI Local Authority Statement confirming whether the irustees have had regard to the guidan issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit Para 1.18 Confirmed Achievements and Performance SORP rtference The CIO was established in May 2022, our first house opened to tenants in Feb 2023 and out second house later in the same year. We now have capacity for 5 tenants in all. Financlal Review Review of the charity's financial position at th8 end of the period Para 1.21 At Year End, the charity held resetves of £14,433. The Trustees believe a minimum comfortable Reserves level at this stage is £10,000; so are satisfied with this position. Each House will incur costs of appx £600 of expense each month. and income from Tenants is not guaranteed, so we want to have reserves to operate minimum 3-6 months without income.
