Although registered in May 2022, this entity did not operate during 2022. From 1[st] January 2023, this entity will supersede SORT Ltd, Company Registration Number 04141937 (England and Wales). All activities and assets will be transferred at that point.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and Reporting for Charities – Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP2005) and applicable UK Accounting Standards.
