Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are To Relieve, In Cases Of Need, Hardship Or Distress, Persons In Need Of Assistance By Reason Of Poverty Or Age Or Infirmity, By:(a) Acquiring, Providing, Constructing, Repairing, Improving, Creating Or Managing A Hostel Or Hostels, Flats Or Houses, Or Other Accommodation Available For Letting, Or By Paying A Contribution Towards The Same;(b) Providing Amenities, Equipment Or Services For The Benefit Of Residents Of Any Accommodation Provided Or To Which Assistance Is Given, Including Arranging Or Carrying Out Works Of Maintenance, Repair Or Improvement, Or Encouraging Or Facilitating The Carrying Out Of Such Works;(c) Acquiring, Providing, Constructing, Repairing, Improving Or Creating By The Conversion Of Houses And Other Property, Houses Or Accommodation To Be Disposed Of On Sale Or Lease Or On Shared Ownership Terms;(d) Managing Houses Or Other Property Held On Leases Or On Shared Ownership Terms;(e) Paying For The General Upkeep, Outgoings And Expenses Of Carrying On Or Managing Hostels, Houses Or Any Accommodation Hereby Provided; And(f) Taking All Such Other Actions As The Trustees Shall In Their Discretion Think Fit In Furtherance Of Objects Exclusively Charitable Pursuant To English Law.
