Aim and Purposes
The aim of Clwb Hwyl Henryd is to provide an after school club for primary age children and to train the staff.
Structure, governance and management
Clwb Hywl Henryd is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation and the Trustees are Paddy Walsh, Gwil Prydderch and Jennifer Bellis.
Shereen Roberts resigned as Trustee on 13 Jan 2025.
Penny Wingfield is both the Person in Charge and the Responsible Individual. Staff members are Kelly Fedrick, Nicola Hewitt, Amy Davies, Cate Dixon and Emma Roberts.
The charity is inspected regularly by Care Inspectorate Wales. There were no changes to Staff Members during this year.
Financial Reporting
The main source of income is the fees charged to parents and the main cost is staff wages. The income for the year was £24405 and expenditure was £24036 which is a gain of £369. The closing balance was £2440.
Operation
During the year 61 children from 42 families used Clwb Hwyl. Staff were supported by Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids Clubs.
