## **Aim and Purposes**
The aim of Clwb Hwyl Henryd is to provide an after school club for primary age children and to train the staff.
## **Structure, governance and management**
Clwb Hywl Henryd is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation and the Trustees are Patrick Walsh, Gwil Prydderch, Shereen Roberts and Jennifer Bellis.
Penny Wingfield is both the Person in Charge and the Responsible Individual. Staff members are Kelly Fedrick, Nicola Hewitt, Amy Davies, Cate Dixon and Emma Roberts.
The charity is inspected regularly by Care Inspectorate Wales.
There were no changes to Trustees or Staff Members during this year.
## **Financial Reporting**
The main source of income is the fees charged to parents and the main cost is staff wages. This year a small grant was obtained from CCBC for play equipment.
The income for the year was £24715 and expenditure was £26648 which is a loss of £1933. However £1800 of that was the new path up to the hut and the grant money paying for this was in the previous year’s accounts. The closing balance was £2071.
