Our work focuses on raising awareness, providing support to stroke survivors, and collaborating with local communities and medical teams to improve stroke prevention and care.
Charity’s objectives and main activities
Our primary objective remains the eradication of stroke across Africa. To this end, our activities during the year have focused on raising visual Awareness in the community our trustees and key stakeholders live in . This is done through public places where the charity tries to educate communities members in Norwich mainly (but all over UK too) about stroke prevention and early recognition of symptoms.
We are grateful for the continued support and generosity of individuals who embrace our vision.
Fundraising and Income Generation
In the past year, AFRICA AGAINST STROKE HAS raised a total of £22.78 through cash donations made by customers in partnering commercial shops. We are incredibly thankful for the support of both the businesses that hosted our donation boxes and their customers who contributed to our cause.
