## Trustees Annual Report 

During the last year we have continued to develop and streamline the operation of the Association. In addition, two major achievements and developments stand out from the work of the past year: 

1.Using the good offices of The Talking Newspaper Federation to which Derby Talking Newspapers is affiliated we have now have our own web site, derby.mytn.uk. The website looks very professional, requires little maintenance and offers us the opportunity to receive online client referrals, information and volunteering enquiries. 

2. The Association celebrates its 50th year in 2024 and an event to commemorate this is planned, inviting past and current, readers, helpers, affiliate organisations and clients. 

- We have continued to develop the quality/client-relevance of our 4-weekly Local News miscellany – our flagship publication. 

- The primary goal remains to provide a high quality of service to our existing client base and any new clients that enrol with us. 

- Statistics for the year: Client numbers remain around 100 and 1636 publication memory sticks were sent out to clients.
