## Annual Report for the period May 2022 to December 2022 

During the above period we continue to operate as an excepted charity as the process of becoming a CIO is still ongoing. 

We have been advised by our solicitors that, until the process has been completed and all debts/assets transferred from the “old” charity to the CIO we should not operate as the “new” organisation.
