Objects: The Promotion Of Equality And Diversity For The Public Benefit By:a) Seeking To Address The Factors That Inform The Underrepresentation Of Professionals From Ethnic Minority Backgrounds In Leadership And Decision-Making Roles Within The Healthcare Sector In The UK, And Such Other Countries As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time Determine, By Providing Workshops, Webinars, Conferences And Mentoring To Support Professionals To Enter Suchroles In Order To Create More Diverse, Representative And Responsive Healthcare Systems Which Reflect The Societies They Serve;b) Promoting Activities That Advocate For A Reduction In Inequality Of Access To Healthcare And An Improvement In Health Outcomes Or Ethnic Minority Communities Worldwide, Including But Not Limited To Commissioning Publications On Relevant Topics.
