Trustees Annual R
24/
Overall
This has been a year of change for Banc Bwyd/Pwllheli Foodbank. After manyyears of
service as Chair, Karen resigned from the Foodbank. In addition, long serving
volunteers Selwyn, Maurice and Kerry Sunley also left.
After some interim steps, l (David Hill) have taken over the role of Chair. We have also
introduced a new leadership structure with a"Leadership Trio" (Chair, Vice Chair and
Past Chair). Each year a new Vice Chair is elected at the AGM
Work ofthe F
We have continued to support those in Food Crisis in Pwllheli and surrounding area.
Our income has exceeded our expenditure (see accounts), and as a result we need to
look at ways that we can increase our impact eg support more people, or improve the
quality/volume of food we provide. This will be the priority for 2025/6.
Liaison_with The Chur
Relationships with St Peter's Church/Rhun are improving. St Peter's provide us with a
venue for us, which generallyworks well. As we move forward we will consider
improving our storage facilities.
